Carpathian Cookout
Join us for a one-night celebration of Romanian food and wine in collaboration with Bath's favourite Guru Chef and Wolf Wine.
For this special pop-up event, Guru Chef returns to his Transylvanian roots with a menu inspired by the mountains and villages of the Carpathian region. Expect generous, flavour-packed dishes that celebrate one of Europe's best-kept culinary secrets, from smoky grilled meats to comforting seasonal vegetables. Vegetarian and meat options will be available throughout the evening.
To accompany the food, Wolf Wine has curated a selection of exceptional Romanian wines. As one of Europe's oldest wine-producing countries, Romania remains surprisingly undiscovered, and this is a chance to explore distinctive bottles full of character, available by the glass or bottle.
Food will be served throughout the evening, with dishes available to order individually, making it easy to share, graze or enjoy a full meal at your own pace.
Whether you already know Romanian cuisine or are trying it for the first time, Carpathian Cookout promises an evening of great food, remarkable wines and warm hospitality.
