Persian Fire Kitchen by Bita Fallah
Persian food cooked over fire, served alongside wine, music and summer gatherings on the Communa Terrace.
Every Sunday throughout the summer, Communa welcomes chef and host Bita Fallah for an afternoon and evening of Persian food, open-fire cooking and relaxed communal dining on the terrace.
Drawing inspiration from Persian hospitality and the traditions of gathering around fire and shared tables, the menu will change regularly with the seasons, featuring vibrant salads, grilled meats, vegetables, flatbreads and dishes designed for sharing.
Guests are welcome to drop by for lunch, settle in for dinner, or spend the afternoon and evening enjoying food, wine, music and conversation as the terrace comes to life each weekend.
Alongside the food, the terrace bar will be serving wines, cocktails, beers and non-alcoholic drinks, creating a relaxed open-air atmosphere in the heart of Frome.
Whether joining friends for a long lunch, meeting family for dinner or simply enjoying a glass of wine in the sun, Persian Fire Kitchen is designed as a weekly gathering centred around hospitality, flavour and community.
